Welcome Back Carnival (2026)
The Welcome Back Carnival page, was one of my favorites to cover. As the designer and photographer, I had a lot of control over the page and I absolutely loved how all of the colors turned out together. The pops of color from some of the photos really brought the page together.
Artwork Feature (2025)
Academic interrupters, or showstoppers, were my favorite kind of pages because it gave me entire creative freedom. I wanted to really put a spotlight on the pieces of artwork itself, while making sure the theme of art was present throughout the page, which is why I designed a paint brush and paint splotches for the page as well.
Principal (2026)
As one of the opening pages to our tenth anniversary book, I knew this page had to be visually intriguing. My thought process was to feature the principal, Mr. Pehrson, since he had helped open the school. Instead of doing head shots, I figured it be so much more interesting with him posing on our schools values for a more visually cohesive feel.
